We had a wonderful adventure from the minute we arrived at Polly’s countryside home, till the moment we left, loving every minute in our gypsy caravan. We were originally booked in for a pub meal on Friday evening, but chose to cancel and revel in the beauty of Polly’s garden instead, and were so happy with our decision.
We headed off on Saturday morning, with our guide Ruth, who was friendly, competent and reassuring, making us comfortable throughout the day. We had a lovely pub lunch before heading off to our secluded dingle, where we were able to cook on a large open fire, toast marshmallows and enjoy our woodland surroundings.

We were able to savour a shower before taking a short walk to the garden center on Sunday morning before delighting in an exquisite Sunday lunch at the Seven Stars and heading back. The whole trip is well planned, safe and good fun and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for ‘glamping style’ accommodation and unusual experience. We will definitely be planning another trip! Thank you Polly, Ruth and of course, Ned!
